in 1929 hungarian author, frigyes karinthy, proposed a theory. a theory that made the world a little smaller and those we share it with a little closer. he said, simply, that despite great physical distances, the growing density of human networks made the actual social distance far smaller. the population, of towns, cities, and even earth, are closer together now than they have ever been before.
at any given day millions of us stand at a crossroads. we're at different points in time, at different coordinates on this earth. people pass us on foot and in their cars and we don't take notice. our minds are as different as our faces: we are all traveling to one destination; -- a life worth living; but few are going by the same road.
after first adds, this is a invitation only game revolving around the inhabitants of seattle. characters are from all walks of life and live in different neighborhoods. the one thing that holds them together? their connections to each other.

2. no activity requirements, but why are you here if you don't want to interact?
3. just because we set up this journal, doesn't mean we're babysitters. if you have a problem, we'd like for you to work it out yourself. if you've tried that and it didn't work, we'll bring it before the whole game. we're a family like that.
